GET DISCOUNTED RIDES with UBER, Plus Transpo

DETAILS FOR 2024 Program

UBER

You’ll receive all 80 discounted rides from Uber via text message within 5 minutes of completing the sign up process. For any trip to or from Four Winds Casino South Bend, you pay just $5 per ride.

These rides can be used anytime before end of day on Dec. 31, 2024.

Your Uber discounts will be automatically applied to rides to or from Four Winds Casino South Bend. If you are using Uber, you can turn off the discount if you wish to save the discount for another time.

If an individual ride exceeds a total of $40, the excess will be charged to your payment account. The average ride costs $10-12, so it’s unlikely you’ll be charged any additional cost.

Rides are subject to driver availability.

TRANSPO

If you are interested, you can also sign up to receive a free unlimited Transpo bus pass. This bus pass is sent digitally to your smartphone using an app called Token Transit. After you sign up, we’ll text you within 15 minutes the steps to access your bus pass. To use your Transpo bus pass, open the Token Transit app, select the Ride Guarantee bus pass option, and tap your phone on the farebox.

HOW TO SIGN UP

Check with your supervisor or manager, or contact Ross Ratliff. You will need to provide your cell phone number so Ride Guarantee can text you the waiver to complete, and then text you the Uber and Transpo benefits.

Additional DETAILS: UBER VOUCHERS

Once you activate your Uber ride discounts, you can view your discounted rides in the Wallet section of the Uber app. Scroll down and click "Vouchers” to see the Ride Guarantee Uber Vouchers, and details about rides remaining.

If you prefer to NOT use a discounted ride, when you are requesting ride, simply click the payment section and turn off the Ride Guarantee Uber Voucher.
