When you sign up, you’ll gain access to 50 $5 rides valid anytime, to be used on trips to and from work. You’ll receive all 50 discounted Uber rides via text message within 5 minutes of completing the sign up process.

These rides can be used anytime before end of day on Dec. 31, 2024.

The discounts will be automatically applied any rides you take within the St. Joseph County area, for your trips to and from clients and patients. If you are using Uber for a trip unrelated to work, you can turn off the discount under the payment method section.

If an individual ride exceeds a total of $40, the excess will be charged to your payment account. The average ride costs $10-12, so it’s unlikely you’ll be charged any additional cost.

Rides are subject to driver availability.

HOW TO SIGN UP

Check with your manager. They will collect your cell phone number so Ride Guarantee can text you the waiver to complete, and then text you the Uber benefits.

Additional DETAILS: UBER VOUCHERS

Once you activate your Uber ride discounts, you can view your discounted rides in the Wallet section of the Uber app. Scroll down and click "Vouchers” to see the Ride Guarantee Uber Vouchers, and details about rides remaining.

If you prefer to NOT use a discounted ride, when you are requesting ride, simply click the payment section and turn off the Ride Guarantee Uber Voucher.

Additional DETAILS: LYFT PASS

Once you activate your Lyft ride discounts, you can view your discounted rides in the Payment section of the Lyft app. Scroll down to the Lyft Pass section. There you can see how many rides are remaining and further details about the discounted rides.
